Spirituality Days

Spirituality Day September 2023

This year for Spirituality Day, the children focussed on our RESPECT values; something that we pride ourselves on at St Paul's. The children were put into mixed classes and took part in seven different activities, each one representing a different core value e.g. 'R' for 'Resilience'.

Resilience

With faith, nothing is impossible.

Matthew 17:20

A year 1 pupil works to complete the obstacle course created during their session on resilience.

Empathy

Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.

Luke 6:36

Self-Awareness

For God gave us a Spirit, not of fear but of power and love and self-control.

Timothy 1:7

Positivity

Love your neighbour as yourself.

Mark 12:30

Excellence

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart.

Colossians 3:23

Children race to solve a puzzle during their excellence activity.

Communication

Encourage one another and build one another up.

Thessalonians 5:11

Children provide instructions for each other during their communication activity.

Teamwork

Together, we can do great things.
