The School Fruit and Vegetable Scheme is a government programme that entitles every child aged 4-6 in school to a piece of fruit or vegetable each school day. This provides 1 of their 5 A Day portions, and helps to increase awareness of the importance of eating fruit and vegetables, encouraging healthy eating habits.

Under 5 years old in primary education are eligible for either the School Milk Subsidy Scheme or the Nursery Milk Scheme. Pupils are entitled to receive milk everyday fee of charge.


School Lunch - £1.50 per day, Account on School Money System. Children are not eligable for free school meals until they are in Reception Class.
